Yummy Pho & Banh Mi owner Thao Huynh has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Huynh said she stayed home for a few years to take care of her three children, but once they got a little older she wanted to go back to work.
Yummy Pho & Banh Mi serves pho—a Vietnamese rice noodle soup made with beef broth—as well as rice vermicelli bowls, banh mi, bubble tea—a Taiwanese tea-based drink—and Asian desserts, including mango sticky rice and fried banana in coconut milk.
